Bespoke lace lingerie, made for you alone

01How do I take my own measurements accurately?

We send a detailed measurement guide with diagrams when you make an enquiry. It covers the eight measurements we need: bust, underbust, waist, hip, torso length, shoulder width, and two cup-related measurements. Most clients find it straightforward with a soft tape measure and a mirror. If you are unsure about any step, we go through it by message.

02What is the lead time for a standard order?

Most bespoke pieces take three to four weeks from the point when measurements and lace selection are confirmed. Bridal commissions have a longer lead time and we ask that enquiries arrive at least six months before the wedding date. We state the current lead time honestly at the start of every conversation.

03Can I see the lace options before I commit?

Yes. We can send a small lace sample card by post for a deposit of ¥1,500, which is credited against your order if you go ahead. The sample card shows the current seasonal selection alongside the year-round options. Autumn 2026 samples include the new deep ivory, charcoal, and burgundy colourways.

04What should I do if the completed piece turns out not to fit well?

One round of alterations is included in every order. If something does not sit right after delivery, send it back and we will adjust it. We ask that pieces be returned within three weeks of delivery. The alteration turnaround is typically one week from receipt.

05Do you accept payment in instalments?

We ask for a 50% deposit to begin work, with the balance due before shipping. Payment is by bank transfer. We do not currently offer credit or instalment arrangements beyond this two-stage structure.
